Think we might be
a good fit?
REPRESENTATION AT EP TALENTWe're always interested in meeting talented people with a distinct point of view and something meaningful to build.
Because we intentionally keep our roster small, we're selective about taking on new clients. There isn't one magic number or milestone that tells us someone is ready for management. We look at the full picture: your work, your audience, your momentum, your goals, and where we believe we can genuinely add value.

Yes! We're always open to meeting the right people, although we intentionally maintain a small roster so we can remain hands-on with every client. That means we take on new talent selectively and only when we believe we can genuinely contribute to their career.
-
There's no single milestone that makes someone “ready” for management. Generally, we're looking for talent who have already begun building something of their own and have enough momentum that adding a manager can meaningfully support what's next.
That might mean you're navigating increasing brand interest, spending too much time on the business side of your work, growing quickly, exploring opportunities beyond your current platform, or simply reaching a point where bigger career decisions would benefit from strategy and support.
A manager should add value to a business that's already moving, not be responsible for creating one from scratch.
-
Nope. We don't evaluate talent by a single follower count or income threshold.
We look at the bigger picture, including the quality of your work, audience and engagement, consistency, growth, commercial potential, existing opportunities, professionalism, and your goals for the future. Sometimes a smaller, highly engaged community creates far more opportunity than a much larger audience.

The best management relationships are partnerships. You can expect us to be your advocate, strategist, sounding board, negotiator, and support system. We'll be honest with you, fight for your value, help you navigate the business, and keep the bigger picture in view.
In return, we look for talent who communicate, respond, meet their commitments, treat partners well, stay open to feedback, and want to actively participate in building their careers. We can do a lot together, but neither of us should be doing it alone.
-
EP Talent works on commission, meaning we earn when you earn. Our standard management commission is 20% of commissionable opportunities covered by our management agreement. There is no upfront fee to apply or join our roster.
The specifics are always clearly outlined and discussed before anyone signs a management agreement.
-
No manager can guarantee that, and we'd rather be transparent about it.
We can pitch, make introductions, strengthen your positioning, negotiate opportunities, develop strategy, and advocate for you when you're in the room. Ultimately, brands, casting teams, producers, and other partners make their own hiring decisions.
Our job is to help build the strongest possible career around what makes you valuable in the first place, and advocate for you as the best match for available opportunities.
