Hi, I'm Elle. I started EP Talent because I believed talent deserved better representation, 
in every sense of the word

Good representation should feel like someone is genuinely in your corner.

My own experience as a disabled woman shaped that perspective early. I began my career in traditional talent representation, where I saw firsthand how often disabled performers were overlooked, stereotyped, or considered only when disability was explicitly written into a role. That eventually led me to disability-led management, and later into the rapidly growing creator economy.

In 2024, I founded EP Talent to create the kind of management company I wanted to see more of: strategic, collaborative, deeply personal, and willing to advocate just as hard for the person behind the platform as the opportunity in front of them.

Today, I work with creators, speakers, performers, and public figures across lifestyle, advocacy, entertainment, and media. They come to EP Talent at different stages, but the goal is the same: build something with staying power. My job is to help them understand their value, make smarter decisions, and think beyond the next booking.

I'm a manager, negotiator, strategist, professional email sender, occasional reality checker, and very enthusiastic cheerleader. I believe good management requires knowing when to push, when to say no, when to think bigger, and when someone just needs another person in their corner.

EP Talent has grown a lot since I sent the first email from my kitchen table, but the philosophy hasn't changed: do good work, treat people well, and leave the industry a little better than we found it.
