Elle Potruch, founder of aptly-named EP Talent has been working with talent in the entertainment industry for nearly a decade.

Starting her career as an assistant at HRI Talent agency, she noticed a huge gap when it came to representation for her community. Roles specifically for disabled performers were few and far between, and when they appeared on screen, most of the roles were played by non-disabled actors. Writers and producers used outdated language when casting, and often only looked towards disabled performers to play the sick, elderly, wounded, or villainous. She decided once she was able to sign her own talent- she would focus on disabled performers.

In 2021, she met Keely Cat-Wells, the founder and CEO of C- Talent, a disabled-led talent management company focused solely on representing Deaf and Disabled performers. The following year she made the leap from agency to management, and began growing her incredible roster of both seasoned and up-and-coming onscreen talent. C-Talent was then acquired by Whalar Talent, and EP Talent was born in the spring of 2024.

Since 2022, her roster has expanded to include digital creators, actors, public speakers, consultants, and models. Her client’s work has been seen by global audiences, and they have a combined reach of over 5 Million.
